Regarding general assembly for La Canaria Community and Cocktail & tapas evening on 18 of November 2021.

Annual assembly:

To be able to organize a safe assembly please forward an e-mail to lacanariacommunity@gmail.com to give notice of who will attend the meeting. Board recomend one owner per apartment.

Covid infection is also on the rise in Gran Canaria the board is therefore required to follow the authorities’ covid regulations.

The meeting will be held at the Conference room 1st floor with distance between people, use of masks and room will have ventilation.

Events for owners in La Canaria November 2021

LCC OMM 2021

16th of November at 10 am: Board meeting for board members and deputies

18th of November at 2pm: Owners Ordinary Meeting for La Canaria Community (LCC)

La Canaria Hotel Operation (LCHO)

18th of November at 4 pm: Information meeting LCHO. Radisson General Manager Finn Berstad and President of LCC Nils Willy Gulhaugen will give operational and financial information about LCHO.

Owners Cocktail

18th of November at 6pm: all owners with family and friends are invited to Cocktail & tapas at the pool bar terrace.

Owner’s excursion

An excursion will be organized for owners and families approximately one week before the OOM. A second excursion for those who were not able to attend the first one will be organized in the week after the OOM.

The Canary Islands Government has updated the health alert levels this Thursday after yesterday’s epidemiological report, which confirms the health indicators, maintains a low or very low risk of virus transmission.

The Accumulated Incidence at 7 days in the Canary Islands stands at 16 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and at 14 days at 35 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

The Government will maintain the mandatory use of the mask indoors

The improvement in the evolution of the indexes of the coronavirus pandemic has allowed Gran Canaria to green alert level 1.

The Accumulated Incidence at 7 days in the Canary Islands stands at 26 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and at 14 days at 55 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

The Canary Islands have reached the goal of having 74% of the target population over 12 years of age immunized against covid-19. Taking as reference the initial target population (those over 16 years of age) in the Canary Islands, 86% are already immunized.

Walk way La Canaria – Aquamarina

The pedestrian promenade that borders the Aquamarina beach is illuminated again, since the removed streetlights were no longer working due to their marked deterioration.

The Mogán City Council has installed 24 photovoltaic streetlights on the pedestrian promenade of Aquamarina beach. 39.162 euros have been invested and is financed by the Gran Canaria Tourist Board and the Consistory for the execution of the Strategy for the Improvement of Public Space on the island.
